We are crazy about fruuiittssssss!! They have so many amazing benefits and here are some fun facts. For example, Pineapples help digest food and build strong bones. Bananas help to reduce depression. Apples can lower your bad cholesterol. Grapes help reduce blood clots. Oranges keep your skin looking young and fresh. Lemons help to remove toxins and cure bad breath. Watermelon help rid the body of excess amonia and also to heal wounds. With all these benefits, it is vital that we include fruits in our diet everyday and with that being said, most times we don't even have to fall sick by just digesting fruits on a daily basis. And as the saying goes, "AN APPLE A DAY KEEPS THE DOCTOR AWAY".
